What to Do When Your Pet Passes Away in Phoenix

If your pet has just passed away and you are not sure what to do, you are not alone. Here is what we recommend:

  1. Stay calm and take your time. There is no immediate rush, but it is best to arrange pickup or drop-off within 24 hours.
  2. Keep your pet in a cool, quiet place. If possible, wrap them gently in a blanket or towel while you make arrangements.
  3. Call us at (602) 923-2278. Our compassionate team is available 7 days a week. We will walk you through every option pickup from your home, drop-off at our facility, cremation types, and pricing without pressure.
  4. Choose your service. We offer private cremation (ashes returned to you), communal cremation ( low-cost option, ashes not returned ), and pet burial. We will explain the difference clearly.
  5. We come to you  or you come to us. Same-day pickup is available across Glendale, Scottsdale, Tempe, Peoria, Surprise, Mesa, and all surrounding areas.

You do not need to contact Maricopa County animal control or the City of Phoenix for a deceased pet. Those services are for stray or abandoned animals. For your own pet, call us we provide private, compassionate service tailored to your family.
